Free First Aid, CPR and AED training, March 1st, 2015 at the Church of Scientology in lower Queen Anne:

Hello [newsfield name=”name”]
For many years, our Church has been involved with disaster relief efforts in many parts of the world, and we feel that the more people there are in the community that can step in and lend a hand to those in need, the better we will be able to weather what emergencies may come our way. That is why we deliver First Aid, CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training free of charge to our community.
Whether these emergencies arise on a personal, familial or community level, knowing the basics of First Aid can put you in a better position to control the outcome.
We deliver the Medic First Aid training program, which is the same program used by many of the large companies in our area, and is the program King County uses to train its employees in First Aid, CPR and AED use.
Our doors open on Sunday, March 1st, 2015 at 9am and the class starts at 9:30 am. Light refreshments will be provided for all attendees. The class will end at approximately 3:30-4 pm and certification will be given by the class instructors to those who participated.
Our Church is a certified Medic First Aid Training Center and the certification from this class is valid for 2 years.
